CALVIN GROOM: Doing what comes natural

When Calvin Groom was summoned to the Governor's Mansion in Carson City, May 12, to be honored as the Americorps VISTA person of the year, his response was as humble as they get: "Do I have to?"

Groom recieved the Americorps VISTA award for his outstanding commitment to volunteerism from Nevada Voluntters.
