Though Sunrise resident Gertrude Fowler never had any children, she's still considered a grandmother by those involved with Catholic Charities' Foster Grandparents program.

"I don't have any kids of my own, but I've got everyone else's," she said. "I've got kids all over the world -- they all call me grandma."
