No team in the history of Nevada high school golf has won more consecutive state championships than The Meadows School, which captured its fifth straight crown May 16 by rallying for an eight-stroke victory in the Class 2A state championship at Toana Vista Golf Course in West Wendover.

The Mustangs won their fourth straight title last year to equal Reno High School's run of four straight from 1980 to 1983, when the Huskies still played at the 3A classification.
