Central Christian to host women's rally

Central Christian Church, 1001 New Beginning Drive, will present Women's Rally 2, a free social and educational event for women, in the church's main auditorium at 7 p.m. today. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Live music by Chick Band and a special presentation by Katie Brazelton, director of women's bible studies at Saddleback Church and author of "Pathway to Purpose for Women," will be part of the event. Tickets are free and available in the church's main lobby or at any weekend services.

CNT Sisterhood to hold Tot Shabbat

The Sisterhood of Congregation Ner Tamid will hold Tot Shabbat Saturday Morning starting at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at 2920 N. Green Valley Parkway.

Open to children ages 2-5, the half-hour service will include a craft activity and dessert. Participants should bring a brown bag lunch. For more information, call 733-6292.

Preschool Pajamarama set for Saturday

The Whitney Ranch Recreation Center, 1575 Galleria Drive, will host Preschool Pajamarama from 9:30 to 1:30 a.m. on Saturday. The event is open to preschoolers ages 3-5 and will include activities such as breakfast, slumber party games and a red carpet pajama fashion show. Participants will also take part in arts and crafts activities, including making their own pillowcase.

Registration is $10 per child. The event is sponsored by the city of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department. For more information, call 267-5850.
