At its Dec. 6 meeting, the Las Vegas Planning Commission voted to:

Approve the waiver of conditions of a tentative map requiring off-site improvements, excluding paving, to non-urban standards on 4.1 acres on the east side of Tenaya Way and the north side of Deer Springs Way.

Approve the vacate and abandon easements of interest to Clark County between Kevin and El Capitan ways and between Craig Road and Stange Avenue

Approve the vacate and abandon easements of interest to Clark County between El Campo Grande and La Mancha avenues and between Michelli Crest and Alpine Ridge ways.

Approve the tentative map consisting of 12 single-family residential lots on 8.3 acres on the south side of El Campo Grande Avenue and the west side of Michelli Crest Way.

Approve the waiver of conditions of a use permit requiring a 15-foot periphery boundary, including accessory structures, along the north portion of the subdivision and planting two 24-inch box evergreen trees per lot along the north portion of the subdivision on 20 acres on the northwest corner of Centennial Parkway and Torrey Pines Drive, north of the Las Vegas Beltway.

Approve the waiver of development standards to reduce net lot area in conjunction with a single-family residence on 1.5 acres on the east side of Eula Street and the north side of Dorrell Lane.

Approve the waiver of development standards to reduce landscaping and waive full off-site requirements, excluding paving, in conjunction with a single-family residential development on 10.1 acres on the west side of Torrey Pines Drive and the north side of Solar Avenue.

At its Dec. 7 meeting, the commission voted to:

Approve the appeal waiver of conditions of a tentative map requiring full off-site improvements, excluding paving, on Hualapai Way and Tropical Parkway on 5 acres on the west side of Hualapai Way between Bright Angel Way and Tropical Parkway.

Approve the appeal waiver of development standards for full off-site improvements, excluding paving, in conjunction with a single-family residential subdivision on 4 acres on the northeast corner of Alpine Ridge Way and El Campo Grande Avenue.
