Hotel rooms at Red Rock come with great views

Guests receive red carpet treatment, along with Station Casinos value

As the first $1 billion casino to be built off the Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock Resort is the pinnacle of Station Casinos' 10 Las Vegas properties. For hotel guests seeking a luxury resort experience in a quiet suburban setting, they will find it at Red Rock Resort.

A total of 415 hotel rooms will open as part of Red Rock's first phase. The resort will feature more than 800 rooms with the addition of Phase II, scheduled to open in late 2006/early 2007.

Rooms offer unparalleled views of nearby Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to the west or the glittering Las Vegas Strip to the east. For a limited time, locals can take advantage of the resort's introductory room rates starting at just $129.

Overnight guests will appreciate the 320-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, custom-designed Sealy Posturpedic pillowtop mattress, marble bath with deep soaking tub and separate shower, Bose sound system with iPod connectivity, 42-inch-screen plasma TV and signature robe and slippers that come standard in every hotel room. Special services include twice-daily housekeeping visits, nightly turndown service, complimentary morning newspaper, courtesy one-hour pressing and a free daily shoe shine.

According to Greg Sheets, vice president of hotel operations at Red Rock Resort, hotel guests will be connected with a concierge who will immediately fulfill reasonable requests via Red Rock Resort's exclusive A3 program.

"All Red Rock team members are trained to be attuned to guests' needs, not unlike a concierge. Even a valet parking attendant who discovers that a guest needs a crib for a baby can make a call to our A3 center to make the request. It's our way of better anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests on a 24/7 basis," he said.

Guests who request "The Gambler" service will be visited by a butler, who tosses a coin to decide between a eucalyptus or bergamot oil-infused bath accompanied by chocolate covered strawberries and cognac or champagne. At check-in, young guests will receive an age-appropriate gift and find a pint-sized robe placed by the tub. Babies will sleep soundly in cribs outfitted with special infant bedding; and health-conscious guests can order from a special menu of healthy fare at the resort's restaurants.

While guests can expect the red carpet treatment at Red Rock Resort, they can also expect the same value, service and convenience that Station Casinos' customers have come to expect, according to Sheets.

"At Station Casinos, we embrace locals as our core customers," he said. "And Red Rock is no exception. We invite the entire Las Vegas Valley to visit us and enjoy the same high quality entertainment offerings, first-rate service and value they have received at our other Station properties for more than 30 years -- along with a few extra perks that make Red Rock even more special."
