Two Henderson students recently proved that great teachers do make a difference at the annual Wrap-a-Bus Youth Art and Poetry Contest.

Both of the contest's grand prize winners said they entered the contest after their teachers encouraged them to participate. Artist Jesus Yepez, a junior at Green Valley High School, and poet Victoria Dolan, a third-grader at Hillcrest Academy, were awarded $100 each and had their work wrapped around a 40-foot Citizens Area Transit (CAT) bus.
