There was a time when Temple Beth Sholom was just starting to grow.

"I knew everybody, could greet them by name, when I first came here," said Rabbi Felipe Goodman. "Now, it's getting more complicated. There are so many more people, I cannot give everyone the same type of personal attention I used to."
