Can he get a witness?
Beneath rock star regalia lies man of the cloth

By ANGI PARKINSON
VIEW STAFF WRITER

Not many blackjack dealers would scold for taking the Lord's name in vain. But sometimes Bill Walker, a dealertainer at Imperial Palace, can't help but bring his other job to work. He is pastor of the Four Seasons, a Christian church that meets on Durango Drive, and he's a Rod Stewart impersonator who deals blackjack.

Before his noon to 8 p.m. shift, Walker adds volume to his hair, dons a Stewart-worthy outfit of leopard skin pants or the like, and deals cards. He and the other dealertainers perform musical numbers as part of the job. Walker said he performs Rod Stewart staples like "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy" and "Maggie May."
