Despite living in a city known as the boxing capital of the world, few Las Vegans know the UNLV Boxing Club exists.

Regardless of lack of notoriety, and in spite of being able to fill only six of the 12 weight classes, the UNLV Boxing Club finished fourth as a team at the National Collegiate Boxing Association's championships March 31-April 2 at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., and brought two gold medals, one silver medal and two bronze medals back to Sin City.
