AUCTION Antique Sampler Shoppes go on sale

The Antique Sampler Shoppes closed Jan. 15, but pieces of the store, as well as items left over from sellers, will be available for auction beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday at 6115 W. Tropicana Ave.

The wrought iron fencing that used to surround the shop's tea room, as well as the back bar and front counter, were remnants of the old Main Street Casino. A preview of items up for auction will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at the same location as the auction.

Those interested can call 510-6039 or visit the auction Web site at www.completeestateliquidation.com.
