Fledgling favorites
Struggling Skyhawks are still viewed as the toughest team to beat

VIEW STAFF WRITER

Despite being ranked No. 1 in the city by the Las Vegas Review-Journal and No. 1 in the state by the Las Vegas Sun as of press time, the Silverado Skyhawks softball team were not impressing coach Steve Hodges recently.

When asked if he was happy with the way his team was playing, Hodges said, "Absolutely not." The team was obviously still reeling a bit from a 2-0 loss at Coronado on April 7 in the Sunrise Southeast Division opener.
