For hikers, bicyclists and seniors fond of the outdoors, Del Webb announced plans in March for a new neighborhood in Sun City Anthem ideal for nature enthusiasts.

Shadow Canyon, a 124-cul-de-sac plan, will be built along the eastern border of Anthem set against Black Mountain.
