At its Oct. 14 meeting, the Henderson Planning Commission voted to:
Approve an amendment submitted by Lake Las Vegas for a tentative map to include all development to date at MonteLago Village.
Approve a tentative map submitted by Integrity Engineering for Palms Eleven Estates, an 11-lot residential subdivision on 1.6 acres at Palm and Corn streets.
Approve a tentative map submitted by Del Webb Communities for Sun City Anthem Unit 39, a 115-lot residential subdivision on 26.1 acres located south of Shadow Canyon Drive and Somersworth Drive.
Approve a tentative map submitted by Del Webb Communities for Sun City Anthem Unit 38, a 93-lot residential subdivision on 21.3 acres generally located south of Shadow Canyon Drive and Somersworth Drive.
