Senior is star of Desert Pines theater
The theater department at Desert Pines High School boasts several trophies and awards, and was recently named the Nevada State Honor Thespian Troupe for 2004. But to Maureen Bernstein, theater director and chairman of the performing and visual arts department at the school, there's no award as significant as the love of the arts that has emerged in her students.
