SOLDIERS RETURN: Home for the holiday
Unlike last year, soldiers of the Nevada National Guard's 777th Engineer Team Utilities Company are spending this Independence Day any way they want, planning ahead for big vacations or simply allowing themselves to come up with holiday plans at the last minute.
