The Perez family greets Santa as he comes up the walk. They are one of the four families adopted by Platinum Properties GMAC Real Estate and said their Christmas was made wonderful due to the company's help. Bertha Perez said her children will remember this Christmas forever because she said, "A Christmas that was supposed to be so sad turned out to be the happiest of them all." How happy? This year, all the children got new bicycles.
