EDUCATION BASICS: Ready, get set, read
Taylor Elementary School administrators are putting reading at the top of the list in February. Students at Taylor have been racking up the reading hours as part of the national campaign Reading Is Fundamental Inc., known as RIF, managed by Clark County READS.
