COMMUNITY SERVICE: Giving from the heart

Brad Keating, a senior at Coronado High School, has participated in dozens of community service projects. But his latest venture which involved painting the Nathan Adelson Hospice in-patient facility at 4141 Swenson St. was intended to express his personal gratitude. Keating's grandfather and uncle spent their final days in the hospice's care. In conjunction with national Make-A-Difference Day, on Oct. 25, Keating showed the hospice how it has made a difference to him.
