No one cut their ear off when inspired to participate in this year's Van-GO project. Barrie Cooke Folsom, Brian Swanson and Dar Freeland were the top three winners of the annual competition that resulted in their art being transposed onto three white community vehicles used by Clark County Parks and Community Services.
